Returns

STR is pleased to offer a 30 day store credit refund* (see below) or exchange on all our products provided they are returned in an unused condition; only been tried on for size and have not been polished or been in contact with any lubricants of any sorts (except powder e.g. talc).

* Any original postage and packaging charges cannot be refunded. 
* Customers will be liable for return postage costs. 
* 20% Handling charge will apply to non standard options fitted (anything that changes the price of product). 
* MTM and non standard products are exempt from this policy. 
* No items for return will be accepted without prior agreement.

Please enclose a note inside the package this helps identify your items, and contact us for return address.

If out side of the European Union please ensure package customs label is marked:

1. NCV “No Commercial Value” (zero value)
2. Temporary import
3. Returned goods

Failure to do this could result in your package being rejected.

Please ensure item is sent via a recordable delivery service as no responsibility can be taken for missing items.
